DeductIT

The DeductIT Interface allows customer charges to be exported as payroll deductions for use in the API payroll software.

How to Use the Deduct IT Interface

1. Open the Back Office.
2. Click the Interfaces icon.
3. Click the Deduct IT option.
4. Select a Export Date from the drop down.
5. Select a Badge Classification from the drop down.
6. Enter a Deduction Number.
7. Enter a file path and name in the Export File Name field.
8. Click the Run Export button.
